That’s right! We promise to never ask for any payment information or credit card information, not now and not when your file is closed!

We get paid 10% of the claim amount directly from the California State Controllers Office only when your claim is approved. After we submit your file and work to get it approved the State will send out two checks at the same time. One to us, and the other one directly to you. You never have to worry about cutting us a check and our clients just love that!
In addition, we spend all the time and take all the risk with no guarantee of getting paid.

If the state denies your claim, we will appeal it at no cost to you!

We do not work as private investigators therefore we have no hourly cost. We work solely in cooperation with the California State Controller’s Office on unclaimed asset files.
